we will be meeting in the upstairs, smaller room.
- 1. At 9:00m. we will begin our C. Ed, with a topic that has not been covered :
Shannon Cory: ACI, {ASHI Board Mbr.; past GAHI President ; ICC certified ; NRPP cert.Radon Instr.;
AARST- # A7496 ; Nationally known, ASHI/ IW speaker }
will teach Pools , Spas (generating other source$ of income.)
You won’t want to miss this critical topic / speaker.
2 . About 11:15 a.m. we will enjoy Full Moon B.B.Q lunch Thank – you Mike Ray & helpers for great food. donuts , coffee will be served a.m.. .
- About 11:45 a.m. We ‘ll hear from AHIO’s Ex. Director Andrew Griffith as he gives us an AHIO update.
There are some important issues that will be discussed , that could affect our home inspection businesses.
- After lunch we will have Shannon Cory teach : Gas water heater back drafting Safety ;
Then we will lead a Round Table discussion of: ” Smart Inspector Tips for adjusting to a Changing
Real Estate market” . Some of our ASHISouth guys have noticed a slow down in their market areas. These ideas could mean the difference between lean times and thriving in the near future. We enjoy sharing ideas that will HELP you. Part of ASHISouth mission is to encourage other home inspectors.
