ASHI South quarterly meeting 9am – North Shelby Library

ASHISouth Quarterly meeting, October 29, 2022, Saturday
North Shelby Library ; 5521 Cahaba Valley Rd.; Bham, AL at 9:00 a.m. We will be meeting in the upstairs, smaller room. (Because of a scheduling conflict with Library, we had to schedule this fall meeting date, earlier)
1. Dr. Terry Holder , ACI ( ASHISouth V. President ) will teach / update ” inspecting Decks and Fireplaces”. This will be about a 3 hour course. What to look for and safety issues. You won’t want to miss this critical topic / speaker.
2 . About 11:25 a.m. we will enjoy Full Moon B.B.Q lunch. Thank – you Mike Ray & helpers. Also donuts , coffee will be served at the start.. .
3. About 11:50 a.m. We ‘ll hear from AHIO’s Ex. Director Jerry Kelly &/ or AHIO Founder Andrew Griffith as he gives us an AHIO update. ( www.ALinspector.org )

speaker that you won’t want to miss.
5. After lunch Dr Holder will finish teaching.
6 . Then we will have our annual ASHISouth Officer elections and annual financials given to members. Part of ASHISouth’s mission is to encourage other home inspectors.
You may pick up a money making marketing tip OR a Money Saving idea that will help your business.
7. First time visitors /inspectors, are free . IF you are a new home inspector in training not yet licensed, you won’t have to pay either, up to 3 meetings – Free.
IF you are not an ASHISouth member there will be a $40.00 meeting fee for the food and 4 hours of C.E.
8. ASHISouth offers “Affiliate memberships” for non- ASHI members.. same price…or . $ 125.00 / year
